The official press conference for all the events IndoChine is organizing within the scope of their Green Festival next week happened last night, at their Waterfront restaurant.
They set it up brilliantly ... tucked in the bar area behind the outdoor seating space, amidst wonderful chandeliers ... Michael Ma, Camilla Hall and the Brazilian Ambassador in Singapore introduced the events they are organizing in support of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). They spoke with dedication and passion ... our world needs passion as such!
And of course for us ... we were double thrilled for throughout the whole press conference, the footage from MELT was playing on a screen right behind them. It was beautiful synergy: to hear people with such dedication to our planet and to see stunning natural history footage of the world ... our world ... they were talking about.
Talk about a mis-communication! I had setup a meeting with Gary from Lifestyle Asia for he came highly recommended by our friend from Golden Village Cinemas. Anyhow, when we came to the meeting I thought it would be more about 'what do you do, what do we do' type of stuff ... and he thought it was an interview. Brilliant ... for it went really well ... and we love Lifestyle Asia's outreach here in Singapore. So a surprise today ... that turned really positive :-) Thanks Gary!
