> MELT
You can forgive Corinne almost anything when she sings...
Her warm and personable style, her beautiful chocolate-like voice, her heartfelt songs and her confident and candid banter onstage create an atmosphere where the listener feels like they are sharing in something personal and special. Her voice will silence a noisy room and make you feel like the lyrics she’s singing were written for you only. And it’s this special intimate style that sets her apart and makes the critics take notice.
You listen to MELT and realize the songs have so many different influences: pop, rock, Celtic, country and a little bit of smooth jazz with a twist. "I can honestly say that I wasn’t thinking of genres when I was writing songs for Melt. I just followed my instinct and intuition."
Another reason that makes this album so extra special is that MELT has been a true collaboration. A handful of her closest friends have guided Corinne along to creating it. "I have had the privilege of working with so many of my friends and people I really admire. It marks a very significant time in my life".

> DUSK
This is smooth jazz with a twist. Taking you from lounge to the cocktail bar, this album brings together favourite songs and musicians in a quest to capture the moment as an intimate musical encounter between a vocalist and her band.
A stellar line-up, featuring some of Australia’s finest jazz musicians, with Phillip Slater on trumpet, Stuart Hunter on piano, Brett Hurst on double bass and Hamish Stewart on drums making a knockout quartet and a sophisticated partner for the intimate warmth of Corinne Gibbons on vocals.
